Sexual Selection.
One of the most ingenious sexual selection strategies. The peacock shuffles feather colours in a dizzying manner in a testimony of strong genetic pool and thus females are attracted to the most colourful because it can develop mega traits with no bearing on survival chances, yet it survives.
Each Female in the kingdom of animals and birds has a criteria for the selection of mates, usually genetically endowed but also capable of evolving both genetically and culturally. The employed criteria should in theory ensure better survival chances for offspring via the selection of males with strong gene pools and/or successful traits.
Romantic birds like penguin court females by a show dance. When females are attracted it means that the dancer is more willing to court for offspring. Others whistle a love song with the female attracted to the one resonating most to her as the good song is tentative guarantee of a good gene pool. Rock guitarists attract many females probably because the dexterous fingers are proof of strong gene pool that came out with rare traits which would give the offspring better survival chances due to extraordinary skill
Alpha Chimps project dominance onto the clan, attracting females since it means better survival chances for offspring.
Other animals and birds fight each other and the winner mates the female who guarantees better survival chances of offspring and maybe better gene pool.
Homosapiens are just otherworldly, they can employ any of the abovementioned strategies though they genetically better at some. More bewilderingly, human females can consciously decide on her sexual selection criterion by design in order to satisfy a particular psychological need of which she is aware though sometimes not. Such capacity points to the sophistication of our species, which develop a subtly variant extended long array of needs deciding on the preference of any of them, based on the pleasure extracted, corroborating the principle that Man controls his or her destiny. Females could also be more practical, going for the male with biggest bank account which ensures healthy, educated and strong children. Others go for the most skillful male in order to raise the chances of having children more capable of surviving. Other females go for the male most conforming to the relevant group, as such trait ensures a safe milieu for offspring with higher chances of being nourished, protected and thus possessing better survival chances. Rather paradoxically though, in fact, not quite so, some females are attacted to care free dudes, which is a sign of a strong survival capacity.
All the same, it remains a vouch for the presence of spirituality that we have a psyche open up to psychoanalysis which in my naïve opinion points towards an trait, entity, or an integrated output of the entire biological system of an individual interacting with other systems that we call soul which is connected to a universal flux of information.
However, man intercepts the code and sometimes modifies it, or picks out a single code from the received array, as if we have been trying to be self-conscious where this self-consciousness is a manifestation of an unfolding conscious divinity.
